Jane Midgley, founder of Strategies for Success, provides planning and leadership development services to a wide range of organizations, and coaching to executive directors, managers, and individuals. She has twenty five years of experience as a non-profit leader, manager and consultant, including as both Legislative Director and Executive Director of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (US Section). She is also a public policy analyst and the author of Women and the U.S. Budget: Where the Money Goes and What You Can Do About It, published by New Society Publishers.
Jane brings a history of working with diverse constituencies and a passionate commitment to developing support for leaders and organizations working for positive change in their communities. Strategies for Success has worked with non-profit organizations, community arts programs, community development corporations, foundations, businesses, and the city of Somerville, MA, where she formerly lived.
Jane is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF. She received her BA from Carleton College, served as a Fellow at the Bunting Institute at Harvard University/Radcliffe College, and received her coaching training with the Coaches Training Institute. She is active with the Haymarket People’s Fund and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Jane Addams Peace Association.
